Spirituell Vita
Already in the childhood, my interest in meditation began. Also Yoga fascinates me in my early age. I felt lifted in this "unconditional love" and the feeling of the physical solidarity with me and the universe curiously for more. Annual Retreats in the Benedictine abbey “Maria Laach” brought me to me and the universe in more detail. I joined the association of the "Nichiren - Buddhism" coming from Japan and studied the Lotus-Sutra.
One of the most beautiful realizations of this time was the compatibility of the Zen Buddhism and the Christian belief. My first Yoga Qualification I got in the tradition of Sivananda later on I the trainings in Iyengar Yoga and the technologies of the Avatars, Channelling, Tantra and Voicempowerment. Today, I go exclusively my spiritual way. I believe that spiritual growth through openness, honesty leads you to self-awareness and joy of the life to a good being.
Personal Transforming
With “Personal Transforming” we mean the inner and outer change from an unaware to an aware and attentive person. To get up in the morning and to feel joy of life, to keep enthusiasm and energy in the workplace and even to develop it, to be attractive and to be self-confident - these are no dreams, but the result of harmony between the body and the inside. They, or better your attention for your posture, your emotions and your thoughts create your being. The basis of “Personal Transforming “ is the attention. Together with body, breath, vocal and meditation exercises we find the way to form your body and your inside positively and in new strength. There are people whose inside forms the body. In this case the thought determines the external posture, and there are others whose internal posture changes by the work with the body. Together in groups we search the entrances to our soul. To her one is common in all cases, it is the key to well-being! The change of religious patterns will form your body in a new way. Your soul will radiate joyfully and you will captivate your environment. Experience it!

Hatha yoga creates the balance between body and mind by physical exercises, breath exercises and meditation. Hatha signifies power and strength. It calls the strain and the patience which is necessary to reach the own purposes. Hatha also stands as a concept for the unity of the contradicting (man - woman, sun - moon, black - white, etc.).
Prana – to reach spiritual vitality The balance of the mind, the contentment of being and the strength of the own body are the basis for the achievement of a growing and reinforcing spirituality. The way leads over 3 columns: the physical work, the meditation and the curiosity.
Udaya – to feel and see success The more patiently you proceed on your way, the more diligently and more loadable becomes your mind and your body. You will experience feelings of happiness in your new strength and flexibility. Your environment, your friends, your family, your colleagues and mostly you yourself will perceive this positive change.
Ananda – pure joy of life What could the whole work reach, if it happens without fun and joy? Joy of life is the elixir, the blood of our work and our being. Our development will progress faster, if we mix it with joy of life.

In a nice ambience we will develop your strength for the body and the mind. The group work is suitable for beginners and advanced learners. In my work I’m focused on responding to you. The correct performance of the Asanas is more important than the competition which body is the most adaptable.
